Enjoyed some delicious delicacies at a Korean restaurant in Covington, Kentucky, called
Riverside, where guests remove their shoes and sit on cushions. Okay, my feet fell asleep, but we had a blast anyway. I recommend the dolsot bibimbap, a combination of crispy rice, tofu, and various veggies (seaweed, spinach, sprouts, a few things that didn't look familiar), served in a steaming hot crock. The waiter cracks an egg over the top, stirs in however much hot chili paste you want, and mixes all the ingredients together.
